Kyle Gillin - General Manager
Kyle started with IWT in 2014. Kyle provides vision and leadership for our team and is excited about the direction of our company. Kyle is all about finding new and innovative ways to solve problems. Kyle enjoys traveling to new places and experiencing new kinds of food. Outside of work, Kyle likes to fish, hunt and tackle building projects.
Travis Griffith - Operations Manager
Travis started with IWT in September 2016. Travis’s attention to detail and high standards set the bar high for our entire team. Travis can quote nearly every line of every Will Ferrell movie ever made. If he’s not at work, Travis is probably spending time with family, fishing, hunting or smoking meats on the smoker he built himself.
Logan Sartain - Business Development Manager
Logan joined IWT February 2016. Logan is always up for a challenge. Away from the office, you’ll likely find Logan playing music or watching sports, specifically the NFL. He also enjoys movies that make him think, strategic board games, and hunting.
Michael Sessions - Accounting Manager
Michael joined IWT in February 2021. He enjoys working and interacting with each department at IWT. Michael is a valuable member of the team, bringing years of experience in accounting in the manufacturing industry. Michael is laid back and fun to be around. When he’s not working, Michael enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters, and playing tennis.
Corey Crow - Outside Sales Representative
Corey joined IWT in February 2015. Corey likes meeting and getting to know new people. In addition to building strong relationships with his customers, you’ll often find Corey going above and beyond to meet his customers’ needs. Outside of work, Corey enjoys spending time with family and friends, as well as cooking and being outside, especially when hunting and fishing.
Katie Ballard - Outside Sales Representative
Katie started with IWT in May 2017. Katie is outgoing in every sense of the word. She never meets a stranger and takes care of customers like they are part of her family. Katie enjoys traveling and visiting new places with family and friends. If she’s not in the office or on the road seeing customers, you’ll probably find her outdoors… as long as the weather is nice.
Savannah Chambers - Outside Sales Representative
Savannah started with IWT in June 2019. Savannah is always looking for ways to improve. This drives her to get the best for her customers. She enjoys being a part of a team working together for a common goal at IWT. Outside of work, you’ll likely find Savannah spending time with her daughter or working out.
Mandee Tyner - Inside Sales Coordinator
Mandee started with IWT in February 2018. Mandee is always up for something new, and faces each new challenge with a competitive spirit. Her positive attitude and welcoming personality make everyone feel at home in our office. When she’s not in the office, Mandee likes to travel and explore new places with her two kids.
Keighley Long - Inside Sales Representative
Keighley joined IWT in February 2021. She loves being a part of the IWT family and contributing to the team. Keighley is ambitious and energetic and is always up for an adventure. If she’s not cutting up with her team or hard at work for her customers, Keighley is probably camping, hiking or fishing with family and friends.
Chad Shelton - Inside Sales Representative

Brandon Torres - Innovation Designer
Brandon joined IWT in August 2020. He likes being a part of a team working together towards a common goal. Brandon is dedicated and detail oriented. His analysis of IWT’s inventory movements and procedures helps us operate efficiently. Brandon enjoys baseball and the outdoors as well as computers and robotics, and spends his free time working out, gaming and drawing.
Gretchan Mobley - Accounting Coordinator
Gretchan joined IWT in September 2019. She is excited about the future growth of IWT. Gretchan is responsible for strategies that maintain a positive financial business flow, while implementing policies that increase brand awareness and promote a positive team culture. When she is not working, you will find Gretchan at home with a good book, volunteering for her favorite cause or checking out a new zipline spot.
Kevin Philpot - Multimedia Specialist
Kevin joined IWT in September 2021. He loves that he’s able to be creative and design interesting and engaging content for IWT and its brands. Kevin keeps it interesting and always brings fresh ideas to any project he’s working on. When he’s not working, Kevin enjoys following MMA fighting and geeking out over cars.
Callie Colston - Accounts Receivable Clerk
Callie joined IWT in January 2021. She enjoys working in our accounting department and building relationships with our customers. Callie loves to laugh - she can never resist a good dad joke! She is driven and works to improve each day. Outside of work you might find Callie spending time with family and friends, catching a concert or getting a new tattoo.
Rhealene Cordova - Social Media Intern
Rhealene started with IWT in June 2021. She enjoys getting to work closely with our team to create engaging content for IWT’s social channels. Rhealene is a senior at Van High School and plans to attend UT Tyler next Fall. Outside of work and school, Rhealene enjoys watching Marvel movies, going to the beach and spending time with friends and family.
